 Randy Huegerich, President Since 1992, Randy has been a small business owner and operator in Carroll, Iowa. Having been a resident of Carroll County his entire life, Randy has a first-hand knowledge and understanding of the dynamics and relationships needed to create a successful business environment. Randy brings an abundance of practical knowledge to Career Options. Serving as Mayor for the City of Willey for more than 20 years, Randy has been involved in many community betterment, and economic development projects. During his term in office, the City of Willey has transformed their tiny dwindling town into a viable, young growing community. From projects including converting dilapidated properties to highly saleable land, to projects that rejuvenated our post office and restored an antique fire cart, Randy has shown his undying commitment to community and family. Fostering community involvement by example is one of Randy’s greatest achievements. He has been a member of the Carroll Chamber of Commerce for 17 years, served on the Alzheimer’s Association for 4 years, and was in charge of the Alzheimer’s Support Group for several years. A long-term member of the Carroll County Leadership Committee, Randy has established relationships with other Carroll County leaders including mayors, attorneys and a variety of economic development staff. He also completed the Des Moines Area Community College productive leadership course. Randy and his wife, Maddie, have raised their six children while
operating their variety of family businesses. Randy and his family
have worked together to bring a personal touch to all their ventures,
including Career Options, Inc. |

Maddie Huegerich, Human Resources Administrator Maddie is the backbone, heart and soul of Career Options. Since its inception, Maddie has provided administrative support and guidance to the Career Options Team. She strives to create a great working environment for our staff. Bringing to the company extensive people skills, she has become an invaluable asset. Her background if a variety of business ventures fosters an atmosphere or resourcefulness that encourages everyone to strive to reach beyond their perceived abilities for the greater good. A devoted mother and grandmother, Maddie understands
the importance of a family friendly environment. She is quick to
adapt to changing situations, and her passion for knowledge leads
her to learn and try new things constantly. |

Kristin Nehring, Executive Director Kristin joined Career Options as a founding member in 2007. She has a flair for identifying niche opportunities and successfully develops teams to cultivate those opportunities. She has a unique ability to promote camaraderie and teamwork, and incorporate those concepts into all aspects of the business.With many years of experience in managing staff, Kristin has perfected her inter-personal, sales and marketing, and general management skills. She has insight into other people’s strengths and weaknesses and has a great ability to lead and motivate staff. Kristin is an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), COHC (Certified Occupational hearing Conservationist), and holds a DOT Specimen Collection Certificate. Her combination of medical and management training and experience make her uniquely qualified to quickly address any aspect of the Human Resources Field. Her dedication to Career Options is only surpassed by her dedication to her family. Kristin and her husband, Jeff, live in Willey where they are raising their three children. |
